I make a mousse or pudding.

I use a couple of avacodos, a banana (optional), carob or cacao nibs, vanilla extract (optional), pinch Sea Salt , soaked dates. Blend. Can add nuts and coconut flakes at the end of blending. Yummy! My daughter loves it. And she hates avacodos (or so she thinks).
