I actually CAN overdo it, but I still don't sweat them like I do nuts/seeds. Still, another great way to do it is to mash them (I use the food processor) with a whole head of lettuce, a few cloves raw garlic, some Sea Salt , and the juice of a lemon or lime. DIVINE! And soooooooo good for you. A great way to eat raw garlic if it burns you, like it does me at times.
Also, if you do LEMON-PEPPER seasoning, my mom told me that. Better than using Sea Salt , I guess. I can do it either way. I LOVE avocados!
