Re: toxins...

Eeeek, that's right, you have brought me back to a key thing I should be remembering!!! I am an artist and have been painting professionally for 18 years(though I have taken this last year off to start a business with my husband to set ourselves up financially).Maybe my body knew it really physically needed a break from these toxins so 'it' found any way to take a break it could(I have been a very obsessive,non-stop painter). Allllllllllllllll through my 20's and until about 6 years ago I worked product to skin(and lungs)with toxic oil paints and solvents- I cringe now, I worked with bare hands loving my tactile approach. I was in my studio about 60 hours a week. Then I had bouts of nausea and fatigue and saw my regular GP who told me that my bloodtests showed some toxicity. He just said use better ventilation and gloves. He didn't suggest anything else to detox. So I used latex gloves from there and did the best I could vetilation wise.
I know you are not a doc Gary but do you know how we find out exactly what toxins we have withing us?? Was it a test that your ND did? I will search for some of lapis's stuff.

Thankyou SO MUCH for bringing me back to this major gap in the puzzle I was neglecting!!
