My point in my previous post was that I was getting (taking in) all my fatty acids from food sources, but for some reason I wasnt absorbing omega 6, finally figured it out when all my fatty acid deficiency symptoms went away after applying borage or primose oil topicaly. Only when I ate omega 3's the borage and primrose did not work and my symptoms would show up again, then I figured out that if I drastically reduced my omega 3s that my symptoms would again go away. Its complicated but basically when I eat omega 3's it doesnt matter how much omega 6 I take in -its not being absorbed or utilized for some reason. When I supplement with O3s my symptoms are ten times worse which confirm this imbalance.
