With bile salts, I was fortunate and my stools went right back to "pre" gallbladder removal, same color, texture, etc. Some don't get that effect ... so I feel fortunate.
You can get all the omega-6 and 9 fatty acids you need from food -- I would not bother to supplement for these at all - they're everywhere. It's the scarce omega-3 fats that we just have to supplement to get enough of.
