Re: Copper..

I took a half of a copper tablet three hours ago and just now had a pretty bad low blood Sugar sleepy attack, I wonder if its the copper or maybe the chromium wore off? I see on the acu-check site that copper is antogonistic to chromium. Just curious but how long were you experiementing until you felt you knew exactly what was going on with you? I can see that all the minerals can have effects on each other and thus it could get difficult to know whats happen while taking more than a few at a time and eating various food that are high/low in certain other minerals.

May I ask what other benefits you notice from the copper -besides less breaking out? And what happens when you start to go deficient in it?

What I would really like to find out is the mineral that is responsible for scar healing as Iv'e tried all the obvious ones with no luck. Do you have any clues here.

Have you thought about any type of testing? I see that great smokies has a hair anylysis for the minerals. How acurate do you think this would be?

There is a company that makes a mineral kit that uses smell to alert you when you are low on a particular mineral. I read about this almost 10 years ago and a few years ago ran into a woman online who used it with much success. One of my alkalizing books mentions that it works well too. But the kit is exspensive and the personal evaluation that they offer is even more. I might look into this at some point if my experiements get to confusing.

Thank you!
