Re: ACV-dry skin

Thank you once again, thank you for "holding my hand" I so appriciate all of your input.

yes, me too, my skin actually feels softer (in an odd way) when its flat and smooth. When I tell Dr.s my skin is dry they seem perplexed. Now when my skin was oily they used to say it was dry! But now I am both dry and oily which is a most dangerous combo.
I am begining to think I need to work on the fungal thing, when your candida is low do you notice less effort is needed to balance your minerals for skin issues and dryness?

I am thinking about starting the P&B shakes only because I might not be allergic to these as they are not absorbed and dont contain any nutrients. What is your opinion, will I be hindering absorption of the minerals? I have not done anything but alkalizing to try to clear the candida because I tried herbs a few years ago and my skin got too miserably dry along with insomnia. Coconut oil helped but then again same thing with the skin and insomnia. The insomnia thing points to magnesium and calcium right? I got good sleep for a few weeks with the calcium but now its not working so great, I dont know if its because I added all the minerals and upset the balance or because I now need to add magnesium but everytime I try magnsesium it causes me diarrhea even in small amounts. Any suggestions?
