Re: ACV-dry skin

Some forms of calcium seem to block other nutrients more than other forms. So, I would say separate them if you can. I often take them together, but am not sure if that reduces the effect of my copper or not. I will have to pay more attention. It still works, but perhaps I'm not getting the full benefit. To start though, I would certainly say, take no chances, keep them separate.

And yes, it is possible that your high zinc had an effect on your magnesium. But, it is equally likely that there is a systemic mechanism that affects the storage of calcium/copper vs magnesium/zinc and you just happen to be stronger in the mag/zinc storage mechanism. You would probably store mag/zinc more even without supplementation. I believe I do, and that I always have as I have had signs of low calcium most of my life, but I have never had a lot of sleep problems which is often a sign of magnesium issues. And I have had heart palpitations for years that have only subsided as I have added calcium. Low mag can cause palps too, but they are usually of a stronger, pounding nature then, due to the contraction stimulating tendencies of calcium.
