Re: Prettysoulful, help!

Also, keep in mind, when trying to calm inflammatory responses, you need to go more alkaline. Typically, more calcium or even magnesium can be of help. In a pinch, baking soda in water. But lemon and ACV with no additional alkalizers is destined to exacerbate the inflammatory issue.

And don't worry about dropping the other minerals. You can add each one back individually for a couple of days, then add another. That way, you may be able to isolate which one is causing a reaction, if you do continue to react after increasing your copper levels. But keep in mind, nearly all of the minerals you are using oppose copper, so if you really are deficient copper, then you may have to wait until your copper is securely restored before adding the other nutrients. Fortunately, when a mineral that is very deficient is restored, it can often balance other minerals whether they are supplemented or not.

Also, you may be able to add back the other minerals at half doses, which may allow you to add them back while you are still increasing you stores of copper.

Keep me posted.
