Alright, that's good to know. I'll have to see if I can find that kind of bread. Hopefully Whole Foods has it (dunno if you've heard of that place). Acne also led me to this kind of stuff as well. That and being underweight. My Acne has definitely calmed down and I barely get any pimples anymore, but I am still underweight. I don't know if that's genetic or what, though. I have a thin bone structure so maybe the standards of body weight don't apply to me. Any way, I'll try to look for that bread. Do you eat it plain or with almond butter or any oils?
