Yeah, I also read that Primal Defense is about quality rather than quantity. Which, in a way, is the same, because they state that most bacteria die on their way to the gut and all of Primal Defense's make it there, so maybe it is about quantity, too. With candida, are you rotating your foods a lot? I mean, are you eating different things so you don't develop intolerances/allergies? Or do you not worry about that since you're taking L-glutamine to patch up any holes? Also, did you have to avoid certain foods that you've eaten that you may've developed allergies/intolerances to, because that could weaken the immune system? I wish I could take yogurt myself, because it tastes good, too. But I'm intolerant to casein. I read about goat milk yogurt in an earlier thread but I don't know if the bacteria survives shipping. And I heard goat milk doesn't ferment well with bacteria. Any other ideas on getting lots of super strains of bacteria? Thanks a bunch for the response btw
