Make sure the molasses that you are getting is pure blackstrap molasses not plain molasses.
I'm really not eating meat. The 75% is raw vegan, so that means I'm eating about 25% cooked vegetables (like sweet potatoes and broccoli) and baked grains (like the vegan bread). I pretty much avoided meat because it is protein without any minerals.
