Thanks for posting; I'd love to try what you did. Can you give a little more info about what you eat? 10% of your calories from fat, 10% from protein, and 80% from raw veggies and fruits..is that it? This may sound dumb, but what do you eat to get the fat and protein raw? Now that you mention it, it makes perfect sense to eat like our primate relatives. Can you give me a sample of what you eat in a day? Do you juice your veggies and fruit?
