Thanks for all your replies and suggestions. I will try to put as much into practice as is practicable. I had cut down on my magnesium recently simply because I'm running out of it and I have to order it from America - I live in the UK so with the postage it is horrendously expensive. Liquid magnesium chloride is simply not available in the UK.

Money is another big issue for me. I hate to think of how much I spend every month on my various supplements. Does anybody else have this problem?
