Armpit pain and sleep problems

For the past few days I have had a pain in my right armpit which hurts when you press on it. I don't know whether it is a swollen gland or something.

I'm having a really bad time at the moment. I can't sleep at all which makes me feel terrible in the day almost suicidal.

I was taking a low dose of a drug called mirtazapine in or to help with the sleep problem but it was making me feel really bad. I think it was exacerbating the liver problem. I stopped taking it a week ago but then started taking zopiclone to help with the sleep. That also made me feel really bad.

I know that I should stop taking these drugs but I just can't sleep without them and then I have to get up and look after four small children.

I just feel really desperate and don't know what to do.
