Yes, it helps me A LOT as far as producing endorphins (sp?) to keep my head and emotions on an even keel and cause happiness and creativity to happen instead of negativity. But there are things I won't do because I know it is too much for me. I want to be able to run/jog again, but I'm not ready. You just have to try and see what your limits are. Going slow like everyone said would be the key when ill.
