Yes, I'm doing well and thanks for the support on the adrenal issue and thanks for helping me to realize my mercury issue had to be dealt with. I'd felt my adrenals were probably shot for quite a long time but didn't realize how shot until someone finally put me on some support.

I've still got aways to go as I've just starting hitting the mercury but I feel confident that this is a process that is very necesary for my return of optimal health and I won't stop until I have it. I know you feel as I do, had quite enough of the lousy health.

I'm planning on enrolling in some classes after the holidays, hoping to get back into the job market sometime next year if I continue to improve as I have been.

I too, hope you continue to do well, nice to see you on the board.
