Adrenal fatigue

I totally agree with you, Deb. I diagnosed myself with adrenal fatigue after reading Doctor Wilson's book. (great book btw, if you haven't read it.) My problems began with allergies (heriditary), that weakened my adrenals, which lead to a lower resistance to sinus infections, which further depleted my adrenals. Then between the lower resistance to infections and all the Antibiotics , I got Candida, which in turn, puts more stress on the adrenals. Like you said, it is a very vicious cycle.

For me going on the diet and antifungal supplements wasn't enough to cure me. I also needed allergy shots, sinus surgey, and the biggest help of all was dental work (see my post titled "If you have a white tongue") Once the dental work was done, my thrush disappeared and the adrenal supplements could finally start healing me, rather than just helping my body keep up.

It sounds like you are on the right track. I hope you continue to improve and get better soon.
