I had EBV too - and guess what, I've been ill for 4 years just like you were.

Now on the question of your EBV - was this something you were ever aware of contracting - or did you get have it from childhood? - i.e. was this a new infection, or just the recurrence of an old (possibly childhood) infection?

If you don't ever remember contracting EBV then you most probably got it as a child because for children it is asymptomatic, where as the older you contract it, the worse your condition is, e.g. I got EBV at 28 and I was in bed for 3 months.

BTW What copper supplement did you take?
