I am not saying I am totally cure either, but I sware, I am almost there. I may never again be normal, but some things that have totally helped me are not buying into the idea that feeling bad is making me feel better. I work on my diet extensively and cut out all simple sugars and try to eat as much pure yoghurt and pure cultured foods as possible for healthy acidolphilous or however you spell it! I have stopped all major anti-fungals and I feel like a million bucks, and I have saved tons of money too!! Also, alot of things on this site that people tell you not to do, I do, and they work great for me. I use warm spring lemon water to acidify my stomach, and I sware, it has done wonders for me. I go through two lemons everyday now, but I feel like a million bucks. Also, I take HCL tablets and digestive enzymes with every meal. No specific amounts, just depends on what I eat. I have worked on my digestion by eating good, healthy oils like virgin olive oil and coconut oil. Also, I've been reading that I need energy to burn this crap off and out of me, so the only two off-the-wall supplemants I take are for energy. I take NADH and pure L-carnitine liquid. That's pretty much it, and in just less than a month, my symptoms have decreased dramatically, and I look and feel 100 times better. That's about it. For me, feeling worse was no way to get better!
