thanks for your answer. Your words are always very encouraging, calming and comforting.
I live in Germany and here the water is proven to be of highest quality.
So I believe I do not have to switch to destilled water. Many things here
in Germany are different from the situation in the US.

Well I think I am suffering from a slight Depression and try to overcome this using 5 HTP, a man made stuff that Andreas for instance would not support.

It was in 1995 when I heard the first time about liver flushing. I did not buy Hulda Clard's book - the cure of all diseases - because I did not want to spend
these rougly $ 8,--. Instinctively, when I red the pages about Liver Cleansing I understood this could be the answer. But nearly 10 years passed till I decided to do body cleansing. My God, how I regret.

And I have been suffering a lot during these 10 years.

Owen, I remember another post of yours about mercury in your mouth that you have since Truman was President of the United States.
I want to seed some cilantro in a neigbour's garden and make the cilantro pesto cure. Hopefully, this will wipe out all heavy metals from my brain and with it all negative thoughts.

Big question: Do you know somebody personally who benefited from a three week cilantro pesto intake. I am so curious.
Also, here in curezone a person called R.D. told about Liver Cleansing using 16 (!) ounces of oil and 10 lemons and got 2.000 stones out each LF. R.D. did 30 (!) LF's. *lol*
Now I wonder whether I - who had passed "only 5.000 staones so far - have scratched only the surface of wellbeing.
