Hmm...I've never heard of that before, humic shale, thanks, I'll look into it, especially if I find the Sugar content is too much for me in the molasses. Also thanks FF for spelling out what Moreless was saying about the acid and the akaline minerals having to be used together to create a reaction in order for the body to be able to use them, that actually helped me to understand it more clearly.
