Maybe, but I thought it would be a big no-no if you were trying to combat Candida and were ingesting any type of processed "sugar".
This is something that I copied from an article on curezone:
"Blackstrap Molasses is made from the "liquid leftovers" of processed table Sugar (sucrose). It does contain small amounts of iron, calcium and B vitamins, but this token "good" is offset with 65% sucrose content."
So I'm wondering how it would help? Can you elaborate?
