Like you, I was wanting to try the ACV; however, I took a glass first thing in the morning and one later in the day -- both on empty stomachs -- I did not want to challenge myself! :) My bowels do seem to get a bit of a boost, nothing much, but I can feel my lower back until they move.
So far, so good.
Perhaps if you try it on an empty stomach, you may have better luck? And, I took only 2 tsp. of the ACV and 2 tsp. of honey in the glass of water.
