I just started looking into the body clease/detoxification diets and am very eager to try one. I just need a little direction. Does anyone think they could help me? I'm curious what did your diet consist of, just water for 28 days??? How did you deal with your appetite? Is it safe to exercise while on this cleansing diet?
For the past month I have felt tired,depressed, and just not in the mood to do anything and I really feel it has to do with my body. I feel like I need to be cleansed and I will feel much better both physically and emotionally and at this point I am willing to try anything. So if anyone can give me pointers, advice or direction it would be GREATLY appreciated.
