I have been doing the Master Cleanser for 25 years


I started on the Master-Cleanse in the 60's to cleanse. I now believe the body cleanses itself but I still use it to lose weight. Once I stayed on it 22 days. This is not a good idea. I now have it down to a science. If you want to lose weight you go on it for 10 days. You come off with orange juice, the homemade soup for the next two days and then back on if you want to lose more weight. It is safe and healthy. You get all the nutrients you need. You have moments of hunger but they pass. Please don't take vitamins or use Grade A syrup. I do 3 glasses a day and drink water. You can do more and still lose weight. I find that 3 glasses is all I need to take the hunger away. I use cayenne capsules because I hate the taste of the pepper in my lemonade. I just open the capsule and dump out a little more than half. In 30 minutes you can feel the hotness of the pepper for a minute. No big deal. Cayenne is very good for you. I don't do the salt water...it is gross but laxative tea if needed is good. It is very easy to gain all the weight back right away if you are not careful. In fact you will probably gain some back even if you are careful. You have to change your eating habits and exercise. If you have a lot of weight to lose just keep going on and off of it. I even take an eat anything day after the two days of soup. If you need to go on it more than 3 times you can do it for less days. Just follow the same routine. I hope I have helped.
