Your message was so inspiring. I am 24, 180lbs (I gained 5 pounds over the holidays, ughs). I was doing well at eating a decent amount of raw foods before I left for vacation but fell hard off the wagon.

I had attempted to do The Master Cleanse in December and it was too difficult with the holidays and food as well as the lack of support.

I really want to try again and after reading your message, feel really motivated to do so.
