day 40 completed YAHOO!

Well gang I want to thank you for all your support thru out my 40 days. I have lost 42 pounds in my 40 days. And feel a whole of hell better than I have felt in years. I am continuing the fast till wed. I am in a middle of a move and don't want to lug my juicer with me everyday. So I should be settled in by wed. Then I will go on a green juice fast for 14 days then I may do the Master-Cleanse again till I m at the weight I want to be and plan to eat respectably to my body needs not my addiction to "mind" food. I have gotten so use to it actually I could go another 40 days. Perhaps life. Well gotta go..all have a wonderous cleansing day and I will check back in....ps still suffering from gas...gawd Ihate dr's......C Tweet
