In April, I did my first master cleanse for 12 1/2 days and lost 20 pounds. When I finished, I felt lighter, energetic and healthier. I enjoyed doing it and liked the results I got. For awhile, I ate raw foods and then watched what I ate and kept the weight off. Unfortunately, I went back to overeating and eating a bunch of junk since then and regained 10 of the pounds. Now, I'm ready to do my second master cleanse. I hope to go longer this time, but ultimately I'm going to listen to my body. And, afterwards, I plan to eat raw, living foods and some other low fat vegan (liked beans and rice). I want this to be a spring board for a healthier life and body!
Today is my first day of my second cleanse. So far so good!
