REFLEX SYMPATHETIC DYSTROPY

my girlfriend has been diognoised with rsd. i had never heard of it before and i wish i hadn't. this is one of the saddest diseases i have ever seen. in the past i have improved my health and energy with a natural diet and have cured myself of hepititis c through alternative methods. does anybody have any information on rsd as far as ways to recover from it. she is in constant pain and had gone to the doctor to have these giant needles put in her spine. the doctors seem to be totally in the dark concerning this affliction. any insight or info would be appreciated.
