well, i'd have to measure out the portions but the ingredients are:
Raw almonds (maybe a cup or more), soaked overnight and drained
dates (soft ones)
banana
apple
a little cinnemon
Green Powder suppliment (I use Dr Greens, which I love!) http://21daydetox.com/drgreens.html
I grind all this up in a food processer, adding a little water as needed, then spread them on a sheet in the dehydrator. I dehydrate at 108 degrees so it stays raw. maybe 18-24 hrs
This is basically a recipe for a smoothie I love to drink in the morning, and figured out with more nuts and less water it works as a delisious bar to go. I've experiemented with using oats and other fruits too. I love my dehydrator!
