Ms. Alien, I don't understand your attitude. You.... we have all worked really hard to stay on a plan to do something good for ourselves and rid our bodies of toxins. As a perk we loose weight. I don't want to regain that weight. I have read on this board that weight gain after the cleanse is going to happen. Unavoidable! Well... I didn't know that when doing my first cleanse. I didn't even know this board existed when I did my last MC. So......after doing everything by the letter of the law of Master Cleanse; I stumbled on a way to not gain the weight back. I think that's a good thing worth shouting from the roof top! Hey guys, you don't have to gain the weight back! I didn't mean to lick the red off your lolly pop! Don't do it, don't even read or think about it if it makes you so mad! If you do take the time to read the Fat Flush boards you will find they are the same type people as those on this board. Hard working people that get up every morning, go to work, come home, take care of their families, go to bed and then do it all over again the next day. Trying to do something good for themselves and loose weight in the process. I'm trying to do a good thing here. I didn’t write the book or get paid a dime if you do or don't do anything.

Here is a sample I put together for anyone else who might benefit from what I have learned. AS IN THE MASTER CLEANSE THERE IS A WHOLE LOT MORE TO LEARN FROM READING THE BOOK! I bought mine used on Amazon for a couple of bucks.

A SAMPLE DAY ON PHASE I OF THE FAT FLUSH PLAN:
The 2-Week Fat Flush Plan
On arising:
Long Life Cocktail
(cran-water with 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed)
Cranwater = 4 oz Unsweetened cranberry Juice to 28 oz pure water OR 3 tablespoons unsweetened cranberry concentrate to 64 oz pure water
Before breakfast:
8 ounces hot water with lemon juice  ( I put cayenne in mine)

Breakfast:
Veggie scramble: 2 scrambled eggs with spinach, green peppers, scallions and parsley, and one 8-ounce glass of cran-water Up to 2 eggs a day are allowed
(I usually have a whey smoothie. Whey needs to have 20 g of protein and be unsweetened or sweetened with stevia) One cup fruit, 1 talbespoon flaxseed oil, 1 cup cran-water, 1 scoop whey.
Stevia or Stevia Plus is the only sweetener allowed on this plan

Midmorning snack:
1/2 large grapefruit (apple or some form fruit)

20 minutes before lunch:
One 8-ounce glass of cran-water  (8 glasses per day required)

Lunch:
4 ounces of salmon with lemon and garlic, warm asparagus, mixed-green salad with broccoli florets and cucumber, 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil, and one 8-ounce glass of cran-water
(You need 8 oz of lean protein fish, seafood lean beef veal, lamb skinless turkey or chicken.  4oz at lunch & 4oz at dinner)


Midafternoon:
Two 8-ounce glasses of cran-water

4pm snack:
1 apple (2 whole portions of fruit daily)

20 minutes before dinner:
One 8-ounce glass cran-water

Dinner:
4 ounces of grilled lamb chop with a pinch of cinnamon and a dash of dried mustard, sautéed kale in broth, baked summer squash with a touch of cloves, and 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

Midevening:
Long Life Cocktail  (Cran-water with flaxseed)

How to Use This Menu

You can use this example as a basic menu guide. Just substitute foods from the same food groups for daily variety. Besides the daily diet, take GLA supplements, a balanced multivitamin/mineral and a weight loss formula containing fat burning and carb controlling nutrients.
Water    Drink six eight –ounce glasses of plain water per day for a total of 48 ounces.
Exercise
Phase I 20 min fast walk swinging (pumping) arms
Phase II 30 min of the same
Phase III  45 min of the same and weight lifting

Important Reminder
  • No herbs or spices except for those fat flushing herbs and spices outlined in The Fat Flush Plan
  • No margarine
  • No alcohol
  • No sugar
  • No oils or fats except those in the flaxseed oil
  • No grains, bread, cereal or starchy vegetables such as beans, potatoes, corn, parsnips, carrots, peas, pumpkin, or acorn or butternut squash
  •  No dairy products
