this plan sounds better then a lot of the popular low-carb type diets I've seen. At least you eat fresh fruit on it! And cutting out dairy is smart. Buying organic and learning to cook shouldn't be obsticles (as someone posted earlier). I do both and it's worth the extra $$ and running around. Organic food tastes so much more alive! Cooking food yourself actually saves money over eating out or prepackaged foods. Anyway, it looks pretty good to me, though I'm pretty much vegan so I don't know if I could handle all that meat and eggs!
