Hi, to tell you the truth my skin doesn't glow at all, and today it looks gray - did not have a good sleep last night (could not sleep, so fell asleep late and woke up early). Today is my Day 10, and the results are not here yet, but I hope...
That's my first MC, but a year ago I did Ultimate Cleanse, and I took pills with Cascara Sagrada as Colon Program (had problems afterwards, but it was almost 3 months), so I don't know what will happen now.

I'm not sure - what is this LBB? Is this some kind of tea or pills or what? And when you used them on MC, did they help you to move your bowels at all? Isn't it what it's all about?
