Have always been a meat eater and lover of carbs in general. Over the years have converted to Atkins/Zone eater trying to take the best of both worlds. The Master-Cleanse intrigues me and I'm thinking of giveing it a try considering I eat a lot of meat and probably have a lot of toxins built up.
I don't have any intention of going veggie after the Master-Cleanse and wanted to know how everyone thought my body would adjust. I also run about 4 miles a day and would like to be able to continue. Will I be able to work out?
