Thanks a lot,
one less thing to worry about. My husband hates SWF, so he takes 'Smooth Move' in the morning and at night. Tomorrow is our 10-th day, and he decided to stop at that. I'm going for 15 days (hopefully my tongue 'll clear by that time).

Question: what is 'Lower Bowel Balance'? Is it lax tea? Why can't it be taken with MC?
