I had done a couple short MCs, five days each I think. I did use lax tea, but I switched to the lower bowel balance because I was concerned about the addictiveness of the laxatives. Plus the LBB is gentler. I mean, you don't have sudden attacks where you have to go to the bathroom. And yes, I had an aversion to the swf and "butt pee." But also I think I didn't have the right kind of salt. Now I am doing the OJ fast with LBB. Only two days so far! I did use LBB with the MC, but then that is not a proper Master Cleanse. It seems you are supposed to do it book perfect, and I couldn't. When I tried the OJ fast (I've done short ones before) I just found it easier overall because you can add whatever herbs you like, teas, etc.
