Re: Question for the Experienced

Great work! Break by the book, and continue the third day protocol until your digestion is reestablished, adding new foods little at a time.

Eat CLEAN (nothing meaty, greasy, heavy, sugary), eat LIGHT (not too much at a time) and eat SLOWLY (chew your food very well).

Continue to cleanse your digestive tract by making fresh, raw fruits and vegetables a regular part of your diet. Try drinking a fresh fruit smoothie made with natural unsweetened yogurt and a tablespoon of flax seed for breakfast, a raw vegetable salad dressed with good oil and lemon juice for lunch and homemade vegetarian vegetable soup for dinner. When digestion is good start adding small amounts of good protein like chicken breast, fresh fish; whole grains, beans, nuts and seeds. But in general, make the major part of your diet fresh fruits and vegetables!

This diet will continue to cleanse and heal your colon.

DO wait until your digestion is strong before doing the Liver Flush with the olive oil, an excellent next step! The Liver Flush Forum has all the information and support you need. This will make a big difference in your digestion (as it has mine!), but does take patience! I flushed 4-5 times before finally passing a whole potty load of beautiful jade green stones the size of prunes! What a difference it has made in my health, along with all my heavy duty colon cleansing.

You can do it!

Best,
Somer
