well after 21 days you are going to be pretty clean.
now...as you come off the fast you want to keep it clean.
follow the instructions on how to break the fast. worry about that only.
give you body a rest. let it re-adjust to food again. eating raw foods and vegan is an excellent way to stay clean.
you dont want to over-do it with cleansing just like anything else.
you may have problems going to the bathroom in the past because of
food allergies or poor diet. after this fast you intestines will take a bit to "wake back up" so just worry about that and taking pro-biotics.you NEED to put that healthy bacteria back into your colon. it is NOT a step that can be skipped.
why do you feel you have to keep on cleaning after a long master cleanse like that?
what part of how you feel makes you think that your colon is still gunky?
