Please don't kill yourself. I know it's hard, trust me. But we are stronger than this shit.
I have the same things you add talking about. It's a combination of Genetically-Modified-Organisms fungus and parasites. It's from our food and water.

I hear Neem oil or powder kills some on the spot. I'm going to buy some soon.
