I have Morgellon's without lesions. I have small pimples and a rash on my hand. I get shards of glass like things coming out of my skin as well as granules and black specks. The fibers are hard to see without a black light. I don't see them jumping off my body but under the microscope, they have tubes like you describe. I have read that other Morgellon's people have described the black specks jumping off their body. The Ivermectin is used for Morgellon's and would help. Also, it could be causing them to jump and get away from your body. When I took Albenza, my Morgellon's reacted like crazy coming to the surface and that's when I noticed the fibers.

I'm not sure if this is what you have but it sounds similar to what others and myself experience. Maybe someone else has other ideas. Try taking a 1hr bath with 1 cup baking soda, 1 cup vinegar, Epsom Salts , and coconut oil and see if it gives you some relief. You may be able to get some samples from the water. Also, get a cheap black light and see if they are florescent. Tweet
