morgellons? please help!

I'm at a loss and could really use some good, educated information here.

I've been sick since 2010 after receiving a work mandated flu vaccine, along with the 3 series Gardasil, my body shut down and has never quite been the same since.

2 years ago, after my son was born, I had to start looking for answers. I lived on Zofran taking up to 4 a day for nausea. I have had constant headaches, chronic fatigue, distended tummy, an arrhythmia in my heart, my body hurts everywhere especially my joints and I had horrible constipation. I get blurred vision, and my ears ring all the time.
I have carpal tunnel apparently, but it's so bad that my hands go numb constantly. I love riding horses, and even that has become painful.

I was diagnosed with gallstones, also being the apparent reason for my chronic nausea, and at that time began seeking out alternative medicine, rather than undergo surgery. I did a parasite cleanse from infowars, and then did their gallbladder/ liver detox. Since then I've remained on a detox/ parasite regime.

Recently our son has been waking up in the middle of the night in pain, complaining that he is itchy and his body hurts. We thought pinworm and proceeded to give the 3 of us Reeses otc pinworm medicine. I began seeing thread like things in his diapers, so I brought in a sample to the doctors at good ole Kaiser and they gave us 2 rounds each of Albendazole. They also asked me for a fresher sample of the thread like "worms". I found an excellent sample and brought it in within about a day, the lab test came back and said it was not a worm.

I've passed hundreds if not thousands of these string like, whatever they are, some inside what look to be gallstones. The only thing I can eat without vommiting, until recently, has been yogurt and ice cream, so I know that it's not from anything I've been eating. Things have slowly been getting better, I feel much better after passing these things, and I've been doing coffee enemas and tons of herbal and pharmaceutical antiparasitics, alternately.

I'm going to attach pictures, the fibers actually MOVE and cling to things! I'm thinking it's time to buy a microscope as doctors have failed, and I flat out don't trust the labs. I'm thinking maybe a combination of morgellons and desiccated worm DNA. It has all the characteristics of both morgellons and Ascaris L. Even down to feeling sickest near the new moon, and larval migration.
