I tend to agree these are not pin worms. I would lean towards Ascaris also because of your symptoms. It is unusual to have that many though.You may have a mixed infection. Could it be strongyloides or a filarial worm? I would make an educated guess based on the behavior of the worm and your symptoms. Avoid the herbals and start a regular schedule of meds that treat your target.The herbs stir things up and make them scatter.
