Re: thuja, frankincense, enzymes & cotton swabs to dissolve biofilm
Yes I had exact same darn thing--even the dizziness.
parasites move upward in the body, one of the parasitologists said, & if in a hostile environment bitter w/
Wormwood or whatever, will want to climb right into the sinuses/nose even mouth, or set up camp there near the fresh air but still protected in moist housing. They start housekeeping, put up curtains, invite their buddies for a party.
Oh forgot to mention--for dissolving biofilms, one of the researcher docs uses a "mini-beet" protocol. Beets everyday, and/or "turnips," plus he said plain old iceberg lettuce b/c it has a soap-like substance that helps dissolve biofilm. So, I've added beets. I found when starting the enzyme therapy that appetite went way down and expelled stuff way up. Basically it seems the body starts having to digest all this old internal extraneous junk made of fibrin, protein, sugars and the critters living there--so it has no appetite for more
Sugar or protein. Greens, beets, onion & olive oil or avocado & cider vinegar seem to be enough plus also useful, w/ brewer's yeast maybe for some protein.
Another thing I kept hearing was to heat the body temperature extra high to kill some of these pathogens...to use a sauna or nice hard sweaty workout &/or plain ole NIACIN. Niacin will create a hot flush all over the skin; things will itch and stuff will come to the skin surface. Then take a dry brush--even a dish brush will do--and scrub head to toe (feels great b/c the itching is so intense), then jump in shower. Really amazing relief. I found little hard shell-like critters w/ pincher like edges began moving to surface and eventually out of my skin--nape of neck, thighs & one from the external bridge of nose! Naturally everything adds complication--if taking niacin, they said to take P-5-P, B-12 and methylfolate, and that these all are great for the methylation process that helps the body detox and kill critters anyhow, so nothing to lose there. Brewer's yeast has several B vitamins so maybe that'd work w/ the extra niacin to induce the flush.
