This is great. I like this creative approach and bet that vinegar would work, as you intuited...also just near-boiling water, letting organic herbs steep, and down the hatch thru-out the day, seems really to be the ticket for me. I scoop into a jar what I have, turmeric, black pepper, cayenne, barberry, neem, HYSSOP (one of the best solutions, I'm finding), rosemary & sage (these tackle biofilms and do wonders), thyme or oregano, ground Sri Lanka clove and Sri Lanka cinnamon...recently added oregon grape, mullein & elecampagne b/c I had flukes and roundworms in the lungs--and lotsa biofilm scars from past years of pneumonia and chlorine gas from indoor competitive swimming.

Found diatomaceous earth essential, who knows why--seems to scrape out the crud and biofilm from intestines? AND started now on those super duper serrapeptase, nattokinase and bromelain (plus pancreatin) enzymes and plenty of TMG between meals or while fasting. This will break up piles of biofilm where these worm nests hide, so you have to be ready to just plain kill the stuff that starts freefloating thru your system as plankton--roundworms or whatall ya got.

To THAT end, Turpentine in the Sugar cube thing seems quickest (natural gum spirits of pine from Diamond in GA), but prob'ly the other herbs will help... to use less of the Turpentine protocol I ordered organic frankensense (sp) and thuja oil...like this post-er who uses clove oil, I find it works way faster than any kind of dry herb...likewise eucalyptus. It is hard to drink this bitter astringent stuff when one is raised on modern diet of o.j. and sweet stuff...but the great thing about having parasites? One does NOT CARE what things taste like anymore--you just want clearness and health and peace and joy again. And that's for sure the reward.

Like this post-er, I too am wayeeee calmer. I don't feel driven by bunches of anxieties and fears and urgencies, nor those voices beckoning from chocolate land that were actually coming from the microbes w/in. "Feeeeed us!" No way buddy--I choose freedom and joy!
