Re: Why do I smell like a fart/poop when I didnt fart?

I want to say try not to get constipation. I know it's easier said than done. But, drink plenty of pure water, not tap water right now. Eat a lot of fiber to have a good bowel movement. Metamucil, flaxseed oil, chi seed, etc....you can put it any beverage. The reason for this is because, when I got constipated again, my fbo came back full blast. In spite the fact that 80% of my odor was gone. It was so embarrassing. After 2 weeks of not smelling the fecal, i was so busy didn't get a chance to drink water. The following morning when I went among people and they they complained of smelling fecal. OMG!!! I wanted to just disappear. So I came home and I drank black coffee or warm water relly works best. Coffee always softens my bowels and I had to pull out the fecal with my hands, (with gloves of course) thats my normal routine for having a bowel movement. My doctor said that my splinter muscles are not pushing out the bowels. I got tired of taking medication. So, I have to pull it all out until it's all gone. I usually insert some lubricant or some scented lotion that helps pull it out and sometimes the scented lotion helps with the odor, 25% of the time. I can't win. But, one thing I learned that no matter how you shower, wash up it does not help. So it is not a hygiene problem. I know some people hardly ever take a bath or brush their teeth and never stink. So unfair. But, hearing some of the people complaining about body odor and taking 2 or 3 showers a day is useless. Because the problem lies inside your body, your gut, your intestines. I believe it is the bacterial overgrowth and parasites causing odor. I went to my doctor to be tested for parasites. The doctors found nothing, but I kept seeing the parasites coming out of my bowels, I can't understand that. But, obviously the parasites hides in your body where they can't be detected. But I am going to keep on fighting those hideous monsters until they are gone. The bacteria does the same thing, but they are tiny microbes usuly viewed by microscope. But I plan to clean those suckers out of my system once and for all. It will take a while but I am determined to get rid of them.-----However, people with their rude comments needs to learn when a person smell, it means an infection or something wrong with them, not Because of hygienic problem.
