Re: Why do I smell like a fart/poop when I didnt fart?

Not sure how rare this is but I have exactly the same conditions. I would describe my poop as sticky and soft. What I believe has worked for me is taking Metamucil (Fibre supplement). This has made me regular and a couple of wipes to clean up. I know this is an old post but hopefully you see this and a reply if this fixes your symptoms would be great so we know if this cure works. I say this because often you can't even smell the smell but others can. Tweet
