I hope it help you. Charcoal tablets and chlorophyll helps also. Take them for a week first the chlorophyll. Then next week the charcoal,then,4 hours later, take the Niacin 500mg at a time--flush'kind. Make sure you take your B12, iron, zinc -100 ml up to 400 a day. Magnesium 1000 mg. at night. Vitamin c 1000 mg. 2 hours after the magnesium. The biotin 5000mg should be taken by itself perhaps after breakfast. Always take probiotic after each meal. Let me know how it works.
