Re: Insane stuck throat feeling for months now. Help needed on figuring it out!
Absolutely correct, I agree. Now, lets also consider to be careful. First, examine the normal amounts of a selected B vitamin occuring in foods, the amount one might ingest of that particular B vitamin if eating a normal portion of a food as part of a normal meal. Lets say for example, maybe the answer for Bx is two milligrams in a half pound of a meal. Now, we go to the vitamin store, and the smallest Bx supplement they sell is 100 mg. Does that mean we should eat the 100mg pill ?? Just because it comes in that size ?? We also consider perhaps that too much of some of the amino forms of the B vits. might be bad also for overloading the body temporarily with that one Bx. Some might believe that since B vitamins are water soluble, they are like
Iodine that the body will just piss out excessive amounts. That might be true over time, but supplying the body with what it needs should be done accurately. One example is benzoquinone, at certain levels it is a powerful remedy, yet at other concentration levels, it is a carcinogen. I'm sure you get the idea, thanks for your posting, I recently observed P5P in action on a person with a very serious ailment and the results were amazing.
