U hit the nail on the head, it's exactly as u wrote.

I do have 1 more question though, is it possible that the TPO might get positive in the future if TSH stays this high, or doesn't it have to do anything with it? I am so scared of screw.ing (sorry for the word) up.

I don't think FT3 is available where I am, but I can ask if they could measure it. I tried searching up what it exactly would tell me, but FT3 basically rules out hypo I guess?? (could u perhaps explain a little), dutch sites don't really put a description on it, and some english ones are a bit too technical, as they don't really explain too much.

I will get extra serum sodium/potassium tests too in the future. Should I perhaps also go for some sort of ferrithin/iron tests to make sure?

I'll continue the daily supps I take and hope it improves a little more on the 3000IU of vitamin d3 I am taking. If not, I'll jump back to 5000IU and bump it up to 150nmol hopefully, then cut back to a maintenance dose.

All with all, I really am thankful (can't say this enough) for the effort u take to help me. I really appreciate it much.

One last question I have is, should I continue supplementing Iodine at this point or continue the way I do, as I don't know how long it would take the TSH to jump back.

I got quite sick the past days, but I feel I recover way more quickly then I used to (in the past). I don't even lie in bed anymore, I did everything I had to do, while I know that this kind of sickness would knock me out and keep me in bed for 2-3 days straight.

So all with all, I think it's a pretty good outcome but I guess even people with the best immune systems get sick sometimes or is that just plain stupid of me to think (not that I am one of those but just to give u an idea of what I mean/try to ask).
